So, What are the benefits of the Bootstrap?

Basically, you will never need to look for a BIN again!!!. You can program your card with any old blacklisted BIN. You will never need to wait for a new BIN to be posted. So, Can your HU card get hashed?
If you program your HU card with an ACT BIN your card should stay up for the life of the HU card. You will only have to re-program your card to fill the PPV's again.

If you program your card with a 3M BIN your card will never get blacklisted but may occasionally get hashed. If this happens, simply clean your card and re-program it with any old BIN.

NOTE: The boostrap does not prevent your card from getting hashed, it merely allows you to program your HU card with any BIN you like.
